1. Introduction and Scope

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player" or "User") and bd20 ("we", "us", or "the Platform"). They govern your access to and use of all services, games, promotions, and content available at bd20.onl.

By creating an account, making a deposit, or participating in any game or promotion offered on this platform, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them. bd20 reserves the right to refuse registration or close an account at its absolute discretion, including but not limited to cases where the eligibility requirements above are not met or where fraudulent activity is suspected.

3. Account Security and Player Responsibility

You are entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. bd20 strongly recommends using a unique, complex password that is not shared with any other service.

bd20 cannot be held liable for any loss or damage resulting from unauthorised access to your account, particularly where you have failed to protect your login credentials or shared them with a third party.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

bd20 offers a range of convenient payment methods suited to players in Bangladesh. All deposits and withdrawals are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Currency conversion is not offered at this time.

Deposit Policy

Deposits are credited to your bd20 account promptly upon successful confirmation from the payment provider. bd20 does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own charges. Minimum and maximum deposit limits may vary by payment method and are displayed at the time of transaction. bd20 reserves the right to update these limits periodically.

Withdrawal Policy

All withdrawal requests are subject to a mandatory identity verification process before funds are released. Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method previously used to deposit into your account. The following conditions apply:

• Active bonus wagering requirements must be fully met before a withdrawal can be processed against bonus-derived funds.
• Withdrawal processing times are typically 1–3 business days, though delays may occur during peak periods or where additional verification is required.
• bd20 reserves the right to withhold withdrawal requests pending investigation where fraudulent activity, rule violations, or suspicious patterns are detected.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

bd20 offers various bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players, including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, and seasonal offers tied to events such as BPL, IPL, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer at the time of issue.

The following general bonus rules apply across all promotions on bd20 unless explicitly stated otherwise in the specific promotion's terms:

• Each eligible bonus may only be claimed once per player, per household, per IP address, and per device.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the stated validity period. Failure to do so will result in the bonus and any associated winnings being forfeited.
• Bonuses and the winnings derived from them may not be transferred, sold, or assigned to any other player or account.
• bd20 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time, with reasonable notice provided where possible.

6. Fair Play and Prohibited Conduct

bd20 is committed to maintaining a fair, safe, and transparent gaming environment for all players. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and a permanent ban:

• Using automated bots, scripts, or any software tools to place bets, access game outcomes, or manipulate the platform in any way.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities to gain an undue advantage over the house or other players.
• Colluding with other players to share information, coordinate bets, or manipulate the outcome of any game or sports event.
• Depositing funds obtained through fraudulent means, including stolen payment credentials or unauthorised use of another person's financial accounts.
• Any form of harassment, abusive language, threats, or discriminatory behaviour directed at other players or bd20 staff through any platform channel.

bd20 employs advanced monitoring systems to detect prohibited conduct. Where a violation is confirmed, all affected funds may be permanently withheld, and the matter may be referred to relevant authorities.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on bd20 — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, game interfaces, and software — is the exclusive property of bd20 or its respective third-party licensors. This content is protected under applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, transmit, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content from bd20 without our prior written consent. Unauthorised use of bd20's intellectual property constitutes an infringement and may result in legal action.

8. Limitation of Liability

bd20 provides its platform on an 'as is' and 'as available' basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bd20 disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. bd20 does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or secure access to the platform at all times.

In no event shall bd20, its officers, directors, employees, or agents be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses — arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, even if bd20 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

9. Privacy and Data Protection

Your privacy is important to bd20. We collect, process, and store your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. By using bd20, you consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy. We use industry-standard SSL encryption to protect data in transit and apply strict internal access controls to safeguard stored information. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

10. Amendments to These Terms

bd20 reserves the right to revise, update, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. When we make changes, we will update the 'Last updated' date at the top of this page and, where the changes are material, display a prominent notice on the platform or communicate directly with registered players.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to stay informed of any updates. Your continued use of bd20 after any modification constitutes your binding acceptance of the revised Terms. If you disagree with any revised Terms, your sole remedy is to cease using the platform and close your account.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with general principles of international online gaming law and the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which bd20 operates. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the platform should first be directed to our support team at [email protected] for informal resolution. bd20 aims to resolve all player concerns fairly and promptly. Where a dispute cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree to seek resolution through good-faith negotiation before pursuing any other legal remedy.
